One hospital in particular....

They tell you "to be considered for residency, you should do an externship". When you try to get an externship, they turn the tables and say "We consider you for an externship if we consider you for residency."

Idiots.

Then, externships ANYWHERE is impossible to get.

Ah, let the disappointment begin.
